Job Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned clients, building strong, trusted partnerships.
• Conduct proactive outreach to educate current and potential clients on available products and services.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate client account information and prospect updates within the CRM system.
• Manage contract renewals, ensuring timely completion while maximizing revenue potential.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, tactics, and timelines.
• Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement across products and services.
• Identify and address churn risks by resolving customer challenges promptly.
• Analyze sales data to optimize territory strategy and performance.
• Maintain a client retention rate of 90% or higher.
