YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide in-depth application and technical support for industrial business area products to North American and Canadian Industrial Sales and Service Channels, including direct and distribution channels and registered OEMs.
• Adhere to client service level agreements and interface with our client base to identify and document functional requirement specifications for applications utilizing our product portfolio.
• Create custom quotations and review technical bulletins, white papers, and other documentation.
• Assist and / or lead product-focused training activities and participate in product introduction, phase in / out activities, and other support functions.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
