Do you enjoy working with your hands, reading blueprints, and seeing your work come to life? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality machinery, electrical equipment, and fabricated metal products that meet precise specifications—all while being part of a team that values skill, quality, and collaboration.

Location : Phoenix, AZ!

Schedule : 5 AM - 1 : 30 PM / Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays

Pay rate : $20

Duties :

Assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, and appliances according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documentation.

Operate various machines and hand tools to complete assigned tasks.

Maintain production logs, machine maintenance records, and reports on product quality.

Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment and conveyors.

Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, and request materials as needed.

Conduct periodic quality checks and resolve any identified issues.

Support team members during high-demand periods and work overtime when required.

Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in all work performed.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software for maintaining records.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs.

Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

Must be dependable, trustworthy, and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
