Join our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , caring for a diverse population dealing with :
Post-operative craniotomies, spine surgeries, and more.Comprehensive care for stroke patients.A high volume of complex spine surgeries.What You'll Do :
Provide comprehensive, evidence-based patient care.Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care.Utilize critical thinking and communication skills to enhance patient outcomes.Why Join Us?

Assess patient needs, plan interventions, and evaluate care effectively.React promptly to significant changes in patient conditions.Coordinate discharge plans with an interdisciplinary approach.Encourage patient and family engagement in the care process.Promote patient safety through rigorous assessment and intervention.Licensure, Registration, and / or Certification Required :
Registered Nurse license for the state where you practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA.Education Required :
Completion of an accredited Nursing program.Experience Required :
1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :
Ability to provide holistic, patient-centered care.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient with electronic medical records and technology.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
