How will you make an impact

The Post Production Associate will play a meaningful role in our Post Production Department by testing pulling product stacks inspecting polishing sizing weighing monitoring print quality packaging and palletizing products such as softgels and soflets as required.

What will you do

• Inspect capsules on inspection belt removing defects such as odd shapes transfer marks and leakers.
• Log into a tablet to track inspection rate and packaging metrics.
• Sample and test product for hardness and moisture during the tunnel drying process.
• Pull stacks after drying and testing requirements are achieved.
• Re-inspect shallow trays for foreign capsules after initial inspection.
• Separate defective capsules and document defects.
• Clean all equipment and workspaces during complete changeovers.
• Perform necessary checks and document results as required by SOPs and batch records.
• Read and adhere to workplace procedures such as SOPs cGMPs and company bulletins.
• Troubleshoot work-related problems notifying supervisors of unresolved issues.
• Ensure continuous product flow on the sizer equipment.
• Other business-related duties as needed.
