Job Responsibilities

• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs and design tailored therapy strategies that empower them to reach their personal goals
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions : Employ proven therapeutic techniques to boost patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and everyday living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Engage with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver well-rounded, comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide guidance to patients and their families about therapy techniques that can facilitate ongoing progress at home
• Track Progress and Outcomes : Monitor clinical development and modify treatment as necessary, ensuring that patients remain aligned with their goals
