Banquet Server

Must have prior banquet server experience, including both plated and buffet-style service! You will be sent home without pay if you do not have experience as a banquet server.

Events range from corporate luncheons and receptions to formal banquets, requiring flexibility and attention to detail in a high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve plated meals and buffet-style service with speed and precision
• Carry serving trays with 8–10 meals efficiently and safely
• Execute all Steps of Service to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Set up and break down buffet stations, beverage areas, and event spaces
• Maintain clean and organized service areas, including bussing and resetting tables
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adjust quickly to event changes
• Provide attentive and professional customer service throughout the event
• Assist with coffee service, boxed lunches, and reception set-ups as needed
• Handle basic beverage service, including wine pouring and bottle opening
