Position : Employment Litigation Attorney

Location : San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent employers in employment-related disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and retaliation claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Manage case load effectively while meeting billable hour expectations of 1,800 hours annually .

Qualifications :

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $150k-$220k base. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
