Claims Representative

A company is looking for a Claims Representative to provide support in processing and adjusting claims. Key Responsibilities Review, research, investigate, negotiate, process, and adjust claims Analyze trends and provide necessary reports Meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to navigate multiple programs Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week) with flexible shift schedules
