job_description.job_card.job_descriptionA minimum of 4 years of related experience, including supporting software development projects Strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport with multiple teams and stakeholders Proven analytical skills with ability to assess a complex situations or problems and design effective plans or solutions Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated leadership skills of both direct reports and matrix style cross-functional teams Willingness and ability to mentor and coach others Experience with strategic planning and requirements development Proactive thinking and attitude; self-starter PMP qualification and experience in project management, leadership, and the military Microsoft Project experience Knowledge of US Navy Readiness systems and reporting Knowledge of Navy Figures of Merit (FOM) Experience using Azure DevOps Active Secret security clearance Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Onsite / hybrid
Responsibilities
include :
- Assist the PL in developing and tracking detailed project plans and schedules
- Identify obstacles and risks and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure clear communication of risks to project stakeholders and to management
- Create, monitor, and report project milestones and performance metrics.
