Salary Range : $80,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities

Support the month-end close and financial reporting process

Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain performance changes

Prepare contribution and fluctuation reports for management

Assist with annual audits and maintain organized documentation

Reconcile and manage key balance sheet accounts

Prepare journal entries and analyze large data sets to ensure accuracy

Qualifications

Required :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance

Strong analytical and Excel skills

Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work independently

Preferred :

Experience in hospitality, restaurant, food & beverage, or other multi-location industries
