Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to serve as a Project Manager. The Project

Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure projects are accurately scoped, documented and

completed on time — owning key details and communication from project kick off to the delivery

of the final finished goods. As such, the Project Manager liaises with all cross functional teams

including Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality. Most importantly, the Project Manager is

the main point of contact for the client / brand and responsible for building the relationship and

delivering white-glove customer service.

They specialize in natural deodorant, skincare, and facial care products, serving some of the best-known brands in the indie beauty arena. About You

You are a detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of project management. You thrive

in the challenge of managing complex projects, balancing the need to follow tight manufacturing

processes and procedures that ensure quality with the immediate needs of our clients. You are

a strong communicator and confident in leading internal teams as well as managing a client

relationship.

What You’ll Do

• Organize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects / client portfolios
• Handle and resolve complex customer requests and / or complaints
• Develop project timelines and track key dates and deliverables accordingly
• Provide status reports to internal teams as well as the client, highlighting areas of risk or

potential roadblocks requiring assistance to mitigate
