Specialist, Data Analytics

What you'll be doing

• Create customer facing Tableau reports to show data insights including project management, financials, software assets, etc.
• Expand your technical & design skillsets with Dataiku training, Tableau training and mentoring to support the expansion of our data lake & Tableau report portfolio
• Automate data extraction from various sources, perform data wrangling to transform data, and transfer to Tableau, leveraging Dataiku
• Responsible for documentation of created data flows, data definitions, and communicating these efficiently with stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and objectives, evaluate data’s current state, and give feedback to create efficient dashboards
• Work with team to ensure that quality objectives are met for all requirements

The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $96,300 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
