Operate lift trucks safely and accurately to receive, store, stack, stage, handle, deliver, and ship materials and finished products.
Conduct pre-operation safety inspections of the lift truck and complete the checklist prior to use.
Participate in cycle counting to ensure accurate location and availability of materials.
Understand and execute 5S principles to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Support long haul truck operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and efficiency.
Engage in sound warehouse practices to protect materials from damage and contamination.
We believe you have
High School Diploma or GED Preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience operating sit-down
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse shipping and receiving.
Ability to be trained as an authorized operator; (OSHA standard 29CFR1910.178(1))
Basic computer skills
Strong dependability and reliability.
Ability to read and understand and comply with work directions, training manuals, safety rules, standard operating procedures, and World Class Manufacturing processes.
Shift schedule
3rd shift — 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM. Tuesday through Saturday.
