Sales Manager Job Description

Position Overview
The Sales Manager is a critical role in our sales management infrastructure and in the overall solution we provide to our clients. Each Sales Manager oversees key accounts and is responsible for overseeing pipeline management, conducting call reviews, evaluating rep performance, ensuring CRM data accuracy, identifying training opportunities, and suggesting operational improvements to maximize sales and uncover new potential.
Eligibility to Apply
- Sales management experience managing large teams
- Extensive experience in lead generation based businesses
- Strong in both qualitative and quantitative sales management (culture, training, performance KPIs, quotas)
- Experience driving efficiency through tech stack & process to minimize revenue leakage
- Experience managing sales teams in high‑ticket alternative education space (plus)
- Understanding of sales enablement & ability to ideate sales material
- Ability to lead and motivate high‑intensity sales teams
- Proficiency with sales tech and spreadsheets
- Ability to establish feedback loops with marketing

Key Responsibilities
Evaluates lead flow ratios and rep capacity dailyWorks with marketing teams on lead flow initiatives to ensure profitable return on ad spendTracks and monitors sales reps’ pipelines to ensure best lead management practicesManages opportunities in CRM to prevent missed opportunitiesRuns daily sales syncsCreates sales trainings for the Sales Training Center (STC)Enforces adherence to sales process SOPsReviews calls recordings and creates call reviews for trainingHelps strategize deals with sales reps to increase salesMaintains projections and manages sales quotasTracks and evaluates sales rep performance for data‑driven decisionsExemplifies WFS core values & displays rep spotlightsReviews end‑of‑day reports from sales repsAttends account status meetingsStudies account offers / product knowledge (training center resident expert)Communicates staffing needs based on capacity & performanceAssists CSO & recruiting team in interviewing and hiring new sales repsOnboards, trains, and ramps new sales repsIdentifies sales enablement assets & process improvementsWorks with the sales integrators on data, reporting, & CRM accuracyCommunicates tech‑related tasks to sales integratorTakes complete revenue ownershipJob Details
