A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator III, responsible for supporting patient scheduling and communication in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach calls to schedule healthcare appointments and assist patients with support needs Document interactions in a CRM or EMR and verify insurance while collecting co-pays Coordinate with field and clinical teams to ensure effective patient care and communication Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Experience in a call center or phone-based sales / support team Basic knowledge of standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Fluency in English and Spanish Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
