Licensed Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to support global operations with a focus on commercial transactions. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice to leadership and internal stakeholders on various legal issues related to sales and procurement Review, negotiate, and draft agreements to ensure compliance with laws and protect business interests Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to meet legal and company standards Required Qualifications Juris Doctor, or equivalent, from an accredited law school Admitted to the bar in at least one US jurisdiction Minimum five years of experience in law, particularly in negotiating technology contracts Experience with SaaS agreements or similar software licensing agreements Knowledge of laws related to cybersecurity, information security, and privacy
