Less than 1 year of experience; The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services as determined by medical direction, therapist judgment, patient needs and desires,and available facilities; Organizes and conducts physical therapy programs in the hospital and community to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury; Helps patient reach his / her optimal physical abilities and learn to live within the limits of his / her capabilities; 3 clinical references, including 1 supervisor required
