About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition for Manufacturing to lead the strategic and operational aspects of recruiting for manufacturing and production functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for becoming an expert in the supported business areas, overseeing the hiring roadmap, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. This role involves managing a team of recruiters, identifying staffing needs, and building a diverse talent pool that aligns with the company's culture and mission. The Head of Talent Acquisition will also work closely with Division Leaders, Department Heads, and People Partners to maintain consistency in talent acquisition and develop effective sourcing and selection methods.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years' in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role requires a proven track record in developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases is essential, and familiarity with employment laws and regulations, particularly in an international context, is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience in government contracting, DOD, and IC agencies, as well as a background in hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances.
