  • Flavor Captain (Shift Lead) – Do you have what it takes to help direct and train Team Members? Are you looking t o grow into a Management role?

Required Training / Experience / Education

  • High school diploma or equi valent (helpful but not required )
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Valid Food Handler Certificate (per local / state regulations)
  • Physically capable of standing / walking for 9 hours
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Good physical condition and reasonable hearing for safety
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
  • Job Responsibilities and Duties for Wing Wranglers and Heat Handlers

    Outlined, but not limited to :

  • Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, helpful service
  • Follow all steps of service and procedures
  • Take and accurately enter orders into the POS system
  • Operate, clean, and maintain the shake machine
  • Process cash, credit card, and other payments efficiently
  • Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Handle fast-paced environments and adapt to changes
  • Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism
  • Completes all tasks as directed by management, including : cleanliness, stocking, prep, cooking, sanitation, guest service, and adherence to standards
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and prep areas
  • Assists with full kitchen cleaning as needed
  • Operates and maintains all machine s safely and correctly, including setup and breakdown (kitchen equipment, dish machine, milk shake machine)
  • Follows recipes and prep lists exactly
  • Accurately measures ingredients
  • Preps food and equipment to meet quantity, quality, and timing standards
  • Observes all sanitation and safety procedures, including proper cooling of hot foods
  • Job Responsibilities and Duties for Flavor Captains and Sauce Bosses

    Outlined, but not limited to :

    Supervision & Leadership

  • Supervise and coordinate team activities during the shift
  • Assign tasks and ensure smooth workflow
  • Motivate and support team members
  • Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts
  • Operational Management

  • Ensure efficient operations throughout the shift
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Handle cash management and end-of-shift reconciliations
  • Open and close the store as required
  • Customer Service

  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Foster a welcoming and positive environment
  • Training & Development

  • Train and mentor new team members
  • Offer regular feedback and guidance
  • Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with all company, health, and safety policies
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Communication

  • Communicate shift performance and issues with upper management
  • Keep team informed of important updates and expectations
