Required Training / Experience / Education
High school diploma or equi valent (helpful but not required )At least 2 years of experience in a similar roleValid Food Handler Certificate (per local / state regulations)Physically capable of standing / walking for 9 hoursAble to lift a minimum of 50 poundsGood physical condition and reasonable hearing for safetyAbility to read, write, and comprehend EnglishJob Responsibilities and Duties for Wing Wranglers and Heat Handlers

Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, helpful serviceFollow all steps of service and proceduresTake and accurately enter orders into the POS systemOperate, clean, and maintain the shake machineProcess cash, credit card, and other payments efficientlyKeep the checkout area clean, organized, and stockedFollow all company policies and proceduresHandle fast-paced environments and adapt to changesAddress guest questions and concerns with professionalismCompletes all tasks as directed by management, including : cleanliness, stocking, prep, cooking, sanitation, guest service, and adherence to standardsMaintains cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and prep areasAssists with full kitchen cleaning as neededOperates and maintains all machine s safely and correctly, including setup and breakdown (kitchen equipment, dish machine, milk shake machine)Follows recipes and prep lists exactlyAccurately measures ingredientsPreps food and equipment to meet quantity, quality, and timing standardsObserves all sanitation and safety procedures, including proper cooling of hot foodsJob Responsibilities and Duties for Flavor Captains and Sauce Bosses
