We are immediately hiring full-time, long-term Warehouse Equipment Operators at a large distribution center in Columbus, OH. Shifts : 2nd Shift. Employment Types : Full Time, Temp to Hire, Long Term. Pay Rate : $19.00 / hour Duties : Operates powered industrial trucks, including sit-down, stand-up, clamp, and other lifting equipment (gasoline, liquefied gas, or electric-powered), to safely transport, stack, tier, and relocate products, materials, or equipment within a distribution center or storage yard.

Position Requirements : Operate powered industrial equipment to load, unload, move, and stage materials. Inspect equipment daily and maintain clean, organized work areas. Safely handle inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and product integrity. Stack, store, and rotate stock efficiently in designated areas. Prepare products for shipment, verifying counts and condition. Maintain inventory records and assist with physical counts. Follow safety protocols, OSHA standards, and site-specific procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Report on equipment issues, safety concerns, and quality variances. Perform general housekeeping and other duties assigned.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three or more years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments. Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.). Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
