Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location : Boulder, Colorado
Schedule : Part-Time, 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM
Compensation : $19-23 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary :
Canyone Plumbing & Heating is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! The CSR will work closely under the direction of our Dispatcher / Office Manager to support scheduling, customer communication, and office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities :
Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, Phone and email etiquette is a requirement.
Book service appointments based on dispatcher guidance and technician availability.
Perform appointment confirmations and customer follow-ups.
Accurately enter and update customer information in our system.
Assist the Dispatcher / Office Manager with scheduling adjustments, reschedules, and customer updates.
Resolve minor customer concerns or escalate issues to the Dispatcher / Office Manager when necessary.
Complete light office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain a positive and courteous attitude with customers, technicians, and coworkers.
Follow company policies and procedures and support office goals.
Skills and Requirements :
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction carefully.
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Professional, positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior customer service or administrative support experience required.
Experience with HouseCall Pro & Grasshopper software is a plus but not required.
Dispatch experience is a plus
