Trial Litigation Paralegal (San Diego)

The firm is seeking a 7+ year experienced Senior Litigation Trial Paralegal to support their busy complex commercial civil litigation practice. This Senior Litigation Paralegal position is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives under pressure and brings exceptional organizational and analytical skills to complex civil litigation matters. Senior Litigation Paralegal Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and finalize written discovery requests and responses
• Upload and manage data in eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Logikcull),perform targeted searches, apply redactions and prepare logs as needed
• Assist attorneys with proofreading and finalizing pleadings, motions, and related court documents in compliance with federal, state, and local rules
• Communicate with clients, external counsel, and internal team members in a professional, clear, and efficient manner
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), including the use of Styles, TOC / TOA creation, Compare Docs, and Track Changes
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat, iManage, SharePoint, ShareFile, Relativity, Logikcull, PACER, CM / ECF
