Provide in-home care to clients, help with grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, bathing, etc. Light housekeeping, meal prep, assisting the client with muscle-strengthening exercises, documenting progress, ambulating and turning client, and other hands-on care tasks. Accompany clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and social activities.

Provide companionship, conversation, and involvement with clients in leisure and social activities. Provide client transportation to appointments and community activities. Assist with personal hygiene, safety, walking, toileting, and dressing, through supervision and guidance of the individual. Provide meal planning, grocery shopping, meal prep & clean-up. Light household chores.
