Description

Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced LEASE-UPMAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR for our apartment community The Walden in Lewisville TX!

The successful candidate should have the following requirements :

• a minimum of 3-5 years general maintenance experience
• EPA certification and be willing to take calls after hours
• A strong background in leading a maintenance team and overseeing the overall maintenance of the community
• A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
• The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment plumbing systems electrical systems major appliances pool and spa equipment and other systems in operation at the community
