We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer with Operations and Project Management experience to join our Talent Development & Learning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact, innovative learning solutions using strong needs assessment and instructional design methods. The role requires a unique blend of instructional design expertise, operations, and project management experience to manage the learning programs, vendor relationships, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities include :

Instructional Design (primary) :

• Design and deliver effective learning and development solutions using an instructional systems design approach
• Conduct needs assessments, develop learning objectives, and create objective-aligned, adult-centered instructional strategies
• Design, test, and implement learning materials, including instructor guides, participant guides, evaluation tools, and other electronic, hard copy, and web-based tools
