Basic Qualifications
Education Requirements :
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
Clearance Requirements :
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, citizenship is required.

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES :
As a Senior RF Systems Architect Engineer for Advanced Electronics Systems, you’ll lead a cross functional team responsible for envisioning and realizing the next generation of tactical radios and GPS / Navigation solutions for the US Armed Forces.

Key Responsibilities :
Architect radio communication systems tailored for military applications, ensuring interoperability, security, and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and logistics, to integrate radio systems into broader military platforms.Oversee testing and validation of radio systems to ensure compliance with military standards and specifications.Provide technical expertise and support during system integration and field deployment.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in military communications and radio systems.RF signal processing system designSystem modeling, simulation, and algorithm developmentCollection and analysis of communication signals in L, C, and K spectrumsAbility to lead interdisciplinary teamsPerformance evaluation of signal processing solutionsSignal processing background. Solid understanding of concepts like adaptive filtering, FFTs, windowing, filtering, decimation, and interpolationSignal processing and digital signal processing (DSP) Specifically in the realm of communication theory, stochastic processes, and adaptive filtering.Work effectively in a cross functional team as well as a diverse customer baseDevelop testing criteria and execute validation of designsExperience working in a fast-paced development environment focused on fielding complex signal processing solutionsProficient in signal processing algorithm development in MATLAB or PythonDemonstrated problem-solving, verbal and written communication, presentation and organizational skillsProven technical leadership skills ability to generate and deliver creative problem solutionsStrong ability to manage tasks and projects independently with urgencyIn addition, the candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to travel worldwide, up to 20%What sets you apart :

This position has the ability to either be fully remote, fully on-site or Hybrid / Flex. Travel up to 25% is expected if remote.
