Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help achieve functional goals.
• Implement Treatment Techniques : Employ evidence-based practices to enhance patients' physical skills, cognitive abilities, and capabilities in daily activities.
• Team Collaboration : Work in concert with OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nurses to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Patient and Caregiver Education : Instruct patients and their families on therapy techniques for sustained progress in everyday life.
• Documentation and Outcome Monitoring : Keep track of patient progress and modify treatment approaches to keep them on track.
