Qualifications of an ideal Wellness Nurse :

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• LPN License in applicable state
• First Aid & CPR Certified
• At least 1 year of related work experience

Wellness Nurse Job Summary :

Wellness Nurse will implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and care associates. Above all you will exhibit a passion for serving seniors and contributing to the positive environment our residents are proud to call home.
