Summary :
The Business Development Director, for the National Deposits Group will drive the development of new business through the sale of proprietary products and services, escrow, and treasury management products. The success of these efforts will be measured by the growth of lower cost balances and fees for services.
This Business Development Director role for National Deposits is responsible for the prospecting, lead generation, acquisition of new business and the maintenance and growth of key relationships. These may be new or existing relationships to Huntington.
The verticals housed within the National Deposits group of select industries including homeowner associations, property managers, HOA intermediaries, qualified intermediaries including 1031 exchange firms, attorney banking, escrow servicing, title companies, project finance and M&A.
Major Areas of Accountability :
Develop a high-impact, results oriented sales strategy and roadmap that leads to new business growth and deepens relationships with homeowner associations, property managers, qualified intermediaries including 1031 exchange firms, title companies and agents, investment banks, private equity firms, top law firms, venture capital firms and others in need of best-in-class escrow and treasury management products and services.
Contribute to and execute on the development of the go-to-market-strategy and playbook to drive new customer and deposit generation. Differentiate the business through deep knowledge of our services, the industry and market areas served. Keep abreast of current client trends, including the development of technology and other service needs in the market to further advance our competitive advantage and stay ahead of customers' needs.
Work across the bank to create and continue to refine well-documented, repeatable, and scalable sales processes that drive business growth and customer experience while keeping the bank safe and compliant with all banking regulations and state laws.

Compensation Range : 225,000
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
