ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Construction Remodeler - Handyman, you will work a typical schedule of Monday to Friday. While the majority of your work will be within regular business hours, you may occasionally need to respond to after-hours calls once every two months.

As a Construction Remodeler - Handyman, your day begins with a quick review of the day's projects, which may include kitchen and bathroom remodels, painting, flooring, and other indoor tasks. In the summer, you could be outside building decks and fences or installing siding, windows, and doors. You handle repairs and maintenance for HOAs, ensuring everything is completed efficiently and to the highest quality. Strong communication and attention to detail guide you as you work with our remodeling team and clients to bring their visions to life.

You must meet the following requirements to qualify :

• Experience in residential renovations and outdoor construction
• A positive attitude, dependability, and professional appearance
• A strong work ethic and self-motivation, with the ability to receive constructive feedback
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to work well as part of a team and prioritize safety
• Ability to lift over 75 pounds
• Availability for occasional on-call work as needed
• Own truck and tools
