Need to be able to stand on their own Need to take hospital admissions Experienced managing chronic conditions Russian Speaking (preferred) Value-Based Care Experience (preferred- to understand the metrics of VBC) Able to manage Chronic Conditions w / out referring out
Primary Care Opportunity in Aventura, FL Making $250,000
Compensation :
- Base : $220,000
- Bonus : Based on internal review of how they perform. No set #. When they have a good month revenue wise, they will share.
- 1st 2years making around $250k
- No partnership
- Possible profit-sharing program after a few years of doing well
