Field Operations Support Assistant is a support role within our Administration department. We support operations for two on-site funeral homes, our cemetery sales departments and our expansive memorial park.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Data Entry, Document Scanning, and Document Verification
  • Historical Cemetery Records Research and Reconciliation
  • Interment Verification Checks
  • Hospitality Desk, Customer Facing
  • Assisting with Community Events
  • Other support duties as needed, assigned by the Office Manager or General Manager

Minimum Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 1-years of experience in an office clerical or customer service capacity. You must be available to work one weekend day per week. Full-Time schedule will be either Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday, Monday off) or Sunday-Thursday (Friday, Saturday off).

Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 30 pounds; stand and walk on uneven ground for periods of time; ability to work in varying temperatures outdoors for periods of time, ability to operate a golf cart, or learn to operate a golf cart.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Working knowledge of office equipment including computers, scanners, copiers, and printers. MS Office experience required; Basic mathematics skills required; Good verbal and written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and detail oriented; high level of compassion and integrity; ability to maintain confidentiality is a must; ability to learn how to operate microfiche reader; bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a benefit but not required for the role. A keen eye for interpreting data and maps accurately is a plus!

Compensation :

Salary : $18.00 / hr.- $22.00 / hr.

An individual's pay within the scale is based on several factors that may include one or more of the following : background, skills, relevant experience, performance, education and work location.
