Summary :
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our front office and Human Resources department. This role will assist the HR Manager with a wide range of responsibilities, including full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, training support, and recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, phone screens, interview scheduling, and new hire orientations.Maintain company training files, ensure on-the-job training is completed / documented, and update training programs as needed.Manage front desk operations, greeting and assisting employees, visitors, and customers.Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding HR-related questions and workplace support.Assist employees and guests with building access and ID badges.Coordinate employee engagement and appreciation programs / events.Create and process customer invoices daily, verify pricing / quantities, and resolve discrepancies.Support the Accounting Department with billing tasks, including processing credit card orders and credit memos.Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.Maintain a positive, professional, and safe working environment.Qualifications & Skills :
2–4 years of experience in an HR-related or administrative role; OR Associate’s degree with emphasis in HR plus 1 year of related experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint); HRIS experience preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.High level of confidentiality and ethical behavior.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.Knowledge of federal and state employment laws preferred.Key Details :
