Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Title : Senior Accounts Payable ClerkJob Description

The Senior Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for managing all Accounts Payable functions across various companies. This role includes processing vendor invoices, preparing month-end accruals, handling check requests, billing to the Funds, and conducting account reconciliations. Additional duties may be assigned as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform W9 and 10-99 year-end processing.
• Execute accounts payable duties for all entities.
• Submit authorization requests for reimbursable expenses.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's desired culture.

Work Environment

The work environment is a cubicle-style office that can be very cold, so bringing layers is recommended. The culture is diverse and fun, primarily involving collaboration with other Accounts Payable team members. The team consists of four AP associates. The dress code is business casual, and the standard hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for appointments.

This is a Contract position based out of Pasadena, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00 / hr.
