Position Overview

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with executive and technical leadership to help define the strategy for our suite of products. You will also collaborate closely with our Engineering, Sales, Product Marketing, and Support teams to deliver solutions that will help drive growth.

Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to :

• Product Strategy : Develop and refine the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Prioritization : Prioritize features that deliver maximum value and generate growth.
• End-to-End Ownership : Define and communicate the value that customers need, and work closely with engineering leadership and teams to deliver that value in intuitive, "radically simple" ways.
• Go-to-Market Execution : Support marketing and sales teams by contributing to launch plans, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Performance Tracking : Define key success metrics and monitor product performance and adoption to assess our success and identify learning opportunities.
• Customer Engagement : Stay close to our customers, collect insights from their comments / behavior, and cultivate productive dialogue with them to keep directly informed of their needs, plans, and industry trends.
