Our client, an Arizona based apparel brand, is looking to add a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to work directly with their Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing sales processes and help measure overall sales performance through report building and analysis. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and advanced proficiency in various business tools including Excel and CRM databases.
This is a full-time M-F hourly role based out of our corporate oce in Tempe, AZ.
WHO YOU ARE FOR THE TEAM
- 2 years experience in sales, operations, project management, or equivalent role
- working towards results driven deadlines and metrics.
- High school diploma required. Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and project management skills to ensure
- smooth operation of our sales department.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes simultaneously.
- Highly reliable teammate that takes initiative in finding solutions and supporting the
- needs of the department.
- You are accurate and organized. Known for catching and correcting errors before they
- become an issue. You pay attention to the details to make sure that nothing has been
- missed.
- You are computer and software savvy and advanced in Excel including complex
- formulas, pivot tables, graphs and dashboards. You are already proficient in Google
- Suite and Microsoft.
- You have experience using CRM and Project Management software. Bonus if you are
- familiar with programs such as Adobe, Zoho, or Sync.
- You are excited to evolve and grow within a company.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Generate and maintain accurate sales reports weekly and monthly to upper management.Learn all relevant product knowledge and sales processes to offer solutions and provideinsights.Act as a Zoho CRM subject matter expert.Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and monitor sales performance.Provide training on sales processes and platforms, and assist with sales onboarding for newreps.Communicate effectively across departments to manage the expectations of deadlines anddeliverables with the sales team.Act as project manager to implement process eciencies and provide support for updatedoperations.Documenting and updating necessary policies, procedures, and other sales / marketingresources.WHY YOU’LL BE EXCITED TO WORK HERE

Salary : $23-$25 an hour
