One of the largest tech organizations based in Seattle, WA is hiring an HR Assistant to support a growing team in Tempe, AZ.

Overview

A fast-paced HR operations group is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support centralized and automated processes for hiring hourly employees. This role involves performing daily administrative tasks and conducting quality audits of outsourced vendors handling similar responsibilities. Tasks may include backend terminations, reporting on hires and terminations, and other repeatable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and complete daily operational tasks independently.
• Escalate issues related to processes or tools as needed.
• Conduct quality audits of outsourced vendor work.
• Prepare and distribute reports and communications to internal teams and leadership.
• Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Identify opportunities for process and product improvements that benefit both the team and candidates.
• Serve as a liaison between field teams and centralized support services.
• Import and export data across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee backend processes related to application creation and candidate compliance.
• Handle sensitive personal information (e.g., SSNs, DOBs, driver's license numbers) with strict confidentiality and in accordance with privacy regulations.
• Use Excel daily, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, to manage and analyze HR data.
• Develop and maintain systems for efficient data management and workflow optimization.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of data management policies and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 / hr.
