Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Elementary School Student Support

Are you passionate about helping students thrive in an educational setting? Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide 1 : 1 support for an elementary school student with special needs in Fall River, MA for the 20252026 school year!

Position Overview :

Location : Fall River, MA

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 30 AM 3 : 30 PM

Duration : Full 20252026 School Year

Pay Rate : Up to $25 / hour

What You'll Do :

Provide 1 : 1 support for a elementary school student with medical and personal care needs

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, feeding, and mobility

Monitor and document student health and progress throughout the day

Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment

Implement behavior support strategies as needed

Who We're Looking For :

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with experience in personal care

Comfortable supporting students with medical and behavioral needs

Calm, patient, and adaptable in a school setting

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Requirements :

Active CNA certification

Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare or educational support

Ability to assist with toileting, feeding, and mobility

High school diploma required

Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred

Minimum Requirements :

Current Certified Nursing Assistant required by state / contract / or client

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
