About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting / Finance Manager to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP BPC, BlackLine, and Microsoft Office, and will contribute to financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements across multiple subsidiaries.
• Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Support budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with department managers.
• Maintain and improve internal controls to ensure SOX compliance.
• Develop financial models to enhance reporting quality and speed.
• Respond to inquiries from senior management and stakeholders regarding financial results and special reports.
• Coordinate with corporate departments and external partners to ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Assist with year-end audit preparation and coordination.
• Train and mentor finance staff; educate non-finance managers on financial concepts.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects led by senior leadership.
