Location : S. Eastern Office Las Vegas, NV 89123

Employment Type : Full-Time

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Patient Scheduler to join our team at our S. Eastern location in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time, in-office role is essential in ensuring seamless appointment scheduling and maintaining positive patient interactions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scheduling for a medical practice and a strong understanding of insurance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule patient appointments for various medical services, including ABA therapy, Primary Care, Mens Health, Womens Health, Dietary services, and more.
  • Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and scheduling needs.
  • Maintain accurate patient scheduling records and coordinate with medical staff as needed.
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with necessary scheduling requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling experience.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in patient scheduling within a medical practice.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies and coverage requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment.
