Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Paramus, NJ

Job Type : Full-Time (Part-Time considered, but Full-Time preferred)

Job Summary & Responsibilities :

Conduct behavior analysis and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques

Provide parent education and behavior management support

Apply psychology principles during therapy sessions

Work with children aged 2-14 in a center-based setting

Typical schedule : Monday-Friday (3 days 8 : 30 AM-4 : 30 PM, 2 days 11 : 00 AM-7 : 00 PM)

Education, Licensure, and Experience :

Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and LBA-NJ license required

1+ year of relevant experience preferred (new graduates considered)

Compensation & Benefits :

Performance bonus

5,000 relocation / sign-on bonus

No weekend, on-call, or night shift requirements

Interview Process : 1-2 rounds
