Most recently, Buck Daniel secured a $20M verdict (with an upcoming retrial on the announced $50M Punitive that was determined a mistrial) for our clients in a toxic exposure trial in Covington, Georgia.  Their patience to learn the facts of each case they handle, whether large or small, combined with a deep understanding of the law make them fierce opponents in the courtroom and at the negotiating table.

Job Responsibilities

• Review client files for accuracy and completeness
• Routine communications with clients and attorneys regarding case status
• Work with assigned Case Managers through case buildup process
• Assists with the preparation, filing, and service of filings, and pleadings
• Prepare and respond to discovery
• Review and analyze medical records to identify qualifying injuries
• Monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines
