Logistic Team Leader

The Logistic Team Leader manages their team's activity and organizes their work to achieve the defined objectives. They are a line manager and are responsible for the quality of the work carried out in compliance with internal processes and the rules of health and safety for goods and people, as well as observing customer specifications. Leading team; support. 2 / 3 as level 3+ 1 / 3 as Level 1.

Management Responsibilities Level Team Leader

• Plans, manages, and controls teamwork, defines clear rules with clear objectives and expectations.
• Communicates on the road map and the final goals, knows their team members and their key motivations in order to inspire them by showing them the usefulness of their work and by making it rewarding for them.
• Sets up with the team a periodical routine (brief type) of communication / monitoring / measurement of the activity and objectives of their area.
• Encourages and supports the team by making any feedback random and formal (recognition, improvement, reframing).
• Ensures that all employees are at the expected level, provides support and / or training as required.
• Promotes and supports process improvement, internal innovation programs and encourages collaborators to participate.
