Business Operations & Strategy Project Manager (NCG) :

The winning candidate will be a motivated and analytical New College Graduate to join our team as a Business Operations & Strategy Project Manager. This entry-level role will support strategic planning program management and business analytics in a dynamic technology environment. You will be responsible for key initiatives maintain operating cadence and develop insights that inform decision-making across the organization while ensuring compliance and confidentiality in all documentation and processes.

Winning Candidate Will :

• Assist in creating and maintaining an operating rhythm playbook for a growing organization.
• Support program management for key meetings forums and technical projects.
• Help prepare executive communications for strategic planning and business reviews.
• Contribute to dashboards trackers and scorecards for performance visibility.
• Learn and assist with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) to provide business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and confidentiality requirements in documentation (e.g. part numbers shipment conformity).
• Participate in change management and adoption efforts for new tools and processes.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.

For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
