job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCompetitive Salary Starting at $85,000 / year Medical Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Mileage Reimbursement for Field Visits Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit Referral Bonuses + Monthly Staff Raffles Paid Training & Leadership Growth Opportunities Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing day-to-day clinical operations Manage and supervise field nurses to ensure quality and compliance Train and support new nurses during onboarding and orientation Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and adherence to care plans Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams Conduct field visits and participate in quality assurance initiatives Participate in the clinical on-call rotation as needed Current Texas RN license (unrestricted) Minimum 2 years of nursing experience , with leadership or home health experience preferred CPR Certification Valid Drivers License & auto insurance (must list your name) TB test within 1 year or Chest X-ray within 5 years Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in the field as needed
