Responsibilities :
- Execute strategies for developing business solutions and achieving the organisation’s goals
- Analyse market trends and customer behaviour and develop strategies and action plans
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key
demographics
Identify and engage with new customers across the territoryProvide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of developmentEvangelize the product, delight customers by anticipating / understanding their needs andproposing the best solutions
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company'srelationship with them
Generating leads and close deals to meet the organisation’s growth objectivesDevelop techno-commercial documents or presentations to explain the product information,pricing, benefits, etc.
Implement the company’s marketing branding strategy to enhance the company’s reputationpositioning in the marketplace
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, industry associations, etc. in the territorySkills and Qualifications :
4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a start-up environmentPrevious experience of selling AMRs to factories is a mustMust have handled automotive customersProven record showcasing strategic customer winsAbility to translate business strategies into implementationAware of commercial aspects of the businessAbility to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environmentExcellent communication and strong negotiation skillsGood analytical skills and effective stakeholder management
