Contracts Analyst

A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst responsible for drafting and managing various contracts as part of the commercial deal management process. Key Responsibilities : Draft customer-facing documents including User Agreements, SOWs, and Order Forms Review and negotiate contract redlines in collaboration with internal stakeholders Ensure contracts are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high throughput Required Qualifications, Training, and Education : Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience 3 years of experience in contracts management or related fields Familiarity with standard contract and legal document structures Experience using software workflow applications, such as Salesforce.com and Icertis Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
