Service Specialist

We are seeking driven, professional Service Specialist to join our team in a Legal Office Environment. You will work with your team to execute all site operations related to office and facilities services, including mailroom services, copy services, light facilities maintenance, conference room setup (including basic audiovisual equipment), and general office services.

Location : Summerlin, Las Vegas

Schedule : Hours of Operation 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM Compensation : $17.00 - $18.00

• Provide quality reproduction submitted by customer
• Must be able to work alone and as a team
• Learn how to utilizing high speed copiers
• Perform quality control checks on all work produced
• Monitor usage of materials and supplies to place orders
• Maintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude at all times
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in high volume production environment
• Understanding of receptionist & hospitality duties and responsibilities
• Know, understand, and adhere to business procedure guidelines at all times
