Location : Washington, D.C. Clearance Required : Active Secret Clearance Overview : We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of a high-visibility defense contract, serving as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, including government clients and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of DoD or Navy acquisition processes, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex programs from initiation through execution. Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the lead for all contractual matters, ensuring compliance and successful delivery of program requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison with government stakeholders, including communication with SES / Flag-level personnel.
• Provide leadership and oversight to project teams, subcontractors, and cross-functional partners.
• Monitor program performance, budgets, and schedules, and ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure program alignment with government priorities and objectives.
• Drive strategic planning and execution in accordance with DoD / DoN procedures and policies.
• Support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) activities and ensure integration of Naval Science and Technology (S&T) strategies and Future Naval Capabilities (FNC) programs.

Required Qualifications :

15 years of professional experience in program / project management in DoD or Navy acquisition.
